Application Information
All applicants must be recommended by one of our District partners. City Kids recruits students from the following partners:
- Martha’s Table
- Horton’s Kids
- The Fishing School
- SEED Public Charter School
- D.C. Preparatory Academy Public Charter School
- KIPP DC: Key Academy
Unsolicited applications cannot be accepted.
New students and returning students must complete an application form and a health history form—including a recent physician’s exam and signature—prior to attending spring orientation programs and summer camp.
Forms may be returned to the partner’s program coordinator, or mailed directly to us at the following address:
